Beliefs

Our beliefs are the things we feel passionate about. They are fundamental to us and our organization to the extent that we will not stray from them even if challenged by resources, support, or external pressures.

Parameters

From our beliefs flow the parameters which establish limits and provide the structure for all operational priorities and actions for the coming years. They do not represent everything for which we stand, but, in order to achieve our mission and live out our beliefs, these are the limits, or parameters, within which we must plan.
