Sick Leave Pool – Employees will be able to donate sick leave to a leave pool that will be made available for employees to use who need leave beyond their accruals for personal illness. Information on donating or accessing the sick pool leave please see HR.
Vacation - Accruals start at 2 weeks and are based on Job Title, Function and full time employment. New hires start accruing vacation hours from their date of hire and are eligible to request the use of accrued time off after the first 60 days of employment.
