Residential

Residential Treatment Services strives to create a consistent therapeutic environment, twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, where youth can succeed and staff can positively impact youth.

This environment helps youth develop the social, independent living, recreational, vocational, and academic skills necessary to successfully return home to their school and community.

Relationships are built and skills are learned based upon role modeling and implementation of the Psycho-Educational Model (PEM).

Youth at Mount Saint John become part of a community beginning in their assigned house.  Each house at Mount Saint John has a staff team consisting of a Treatment Manager, Lead Counselors, and Residential Treatment Counselors.   Teachers and Clinicians provide input through Treatment Team meetings to ensure an integrated treatment model.
